Street Photos

I think I enjoy photographing Street Images more than anything else—capturing the person, the moment, the expression. It goes back to my High School days when I would meet my Dad in New York City. He would stand on the street next to someone I wanted to photograph, and I would pretend to photograph him only to move the camera at the last second to capture the person I was really trying to photograph. To this day, I can spend hours by myself walking the street of Manhattan and Brooklyn with camera in hand looking for that “shot”. Some of these photos are from Uganda and Tanzania as well as Spain, but New York City….it never gets old.
